Datuk Haji Abdul Wahab bin Aziz, 78, was appointed as our Independent Non-Executive Chairman on 24 October 2024. With over five decades in public administration and governance, he has held key roles in the Sarawak government, including District Officer, Chairman of the Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board, and a 30-year tenure as a Sarawak State Legislative Assembly Representative.
He has also served as Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi MARA since 2023 and continues to lead various charitable and cultural organizations. His vast experience provides strategic oversight and strengthens corporate governance within our Board.
