Dato' Hajah Dayang Madinah binti Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg is a distinguished former Senator in the Dewan Negara (Upper House) of the Parliament of Malaysia, appointed by the Sarawak Dewan Undangan Negeri. She served as a Senator from 19 July 2010 to 18 July 2016, during which she was widely recognized for her leadership and advocacy on behalf of Sarawakians, particularly in promoting the rights and welfare of women.

Dato' Hajah Dayang Madinah graduated in Management and Administration sciences from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She has recently been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Insights Analytics Berhad (IAB), where she brings her expertise and leadership to the organization.

Dato' Hajah Dayang Madinah continues to be a respected leader, with extensive experience in public service, private sector and community in general, and remains dedicated to contributing to the development and well-being of Sarawak and its people.
