Helen Tan Miang Kieng, 63, was appointed as our Independent Non-Executive Director on 24 October 2024.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Financial Management) from the University of Montana, USA, and an MBA in Financial Management from Oregon State University, USA. With over three decades of experience in investment banking and securities, she has held leadership roles at Sarawak Securities, OSK Investment Bank, TA Securities, and Kenanga Investment Bank, where she currently serves as Regional Director of Equity Broking.
Since 2021, she has also been an Independent Non-Executive Director of PESTECH International Berhad. Her expertise in financial management and corporate governance brings valuable insight to our Board.
