Fong Tshru Kwong, 67, was appointed as our Independent Non-Executive Director on 24 October 2024. A Chartered Accountant and member of MICPA and MIA, he has over four decades of experience in auditing, corporate governance, and financial management.
He spent nearly two decades at Ernst & Young (EY), rising to Senior Manager, before leading OMG Electronics Chemicals as Managing Director. He has also held independent directorships in publicly listed companies and leadership roles in industry associations.
His deep expertise in finance, risk management, and corporate governance strengthens our Board's oversight and strategic direction.

Chartered Accountant with memberships in MICPA (Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants)
